Mission Statement
Our mission at Salem is to generously love people at home and around the world toward a growing relationship with Christ.
One of the Christlike characteristics of our church family is a heart of generosity toward people. We believe God wants to leverage that generosity as we live out His calling wherever He leads us, whether at home or around the world.

At Salem, our core values aren’t just words on a page. They define our culture, guide our decisions, and influence how we love God, care for people, and live out our mission. These values are the foundation of who we are as a church and the heartbeat behind every ministry.
Pray First
Before anything else, we seek God. He leads, and we follow.
Prayer isn’t our last resort; it’s our first response. We believe every ministry, decision, and opportunity should begin with seeking God’s wisdom and direction. We depend on Him because apart from Him, we can do nothing.

People Matter
You are not a face in a crowd. You are seen, known, and deeply valued.
Every person is created in the image of God and has immeasurable worth. Whether you’re visiting for the first time or have been part of Salem for years, we want you to experience genuine relationships where you are known, encouraged, and cared for.

Growing People Change
No matter where you start, God is always working in you. Growth is part of the journey.
Following Jesus is a lifelong process of becoming more like Him. We encourage everyone to take their next step through worship, Connect Groups, discipleship, serving, and personal time in God’s Word.

The Gospel Is For Everyone
No exceptions. No prerequisites.
Jesus came for everyone, and His invitation is open to all. We are committed to sharing the hope of the Gospel in our homes, our community, and around the world because every person deserves the opportunity to hear the Good News.
