Early Christian tradition suggests that John’s exclusive purpose for writing his Gospel was to proclaim Jesus as the Christ, the Son of God. He wanted his readers to know Jesus—from His words, from the words of others, and from His miracles. This study examines the miracles recorded in John’s Gospel, the “I am” statements—what Jesus said about Himself, and witnesses who affirmed who Jesus was and is. Knowing Jesus will help you grow in your faith, excel in good works, and know Jesus more intimately.

What is the deep cry of your heart? That ache in your soul that keeps you up at night? The prayer you keep repeating? Jesus not only cares about this deep, spiritual wrestling, but He also wants to step in and see you through it. Finding I AM will explore the seven I AM statements of Jesus found in the Gospel of John and gain a better understanding of how Jesus’ words 2,000 years ago are so very applicable to the answers we are searching for today.
